My Service Fees

My passion and priority is to help change your life for the better.

My service fees are comparable to other therapists within your area, but my level of experience and success is above and beyond.

Insurance Pay - TeleHealth (Virtual Session) - California / Florida / New York / North Carolina

On average as an insurance pay client, you can expect to pay an insurance co-pay between $0-$50 dollars per session, based upon your insurance providers coverage requirements. However, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage benefits. Sessions take place at a date and time you schedule.

Below is a list of insurance companies that we are currently in network with and accept:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)

  • Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA)

  • Medcost

  • United Healthcare (UHC)

I also provide out of network service (we can provide you with an insurance Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement request). If you have any questions about using your insurance or out of network service, please contact us.

Private Pay - TeleHealth (Virtual Session) - California / Florida / New York / North Carolina

As a private pay client you will pay $155 per session directly and receive an account Superbill when requested. If you have insurance coverage, you may submit your Superbill to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. If you have any questions about my fees, please contact us.

After Hours - TeleHealth (Virtual Session) - California / Florida / New York / North Carolina

After Hours pre-approved scheduled appointments are charged $310 per session directly and you will receive a Superbill when requested. If you have insurance coverage, you may submit your Superbill to your insurance company for out of network possible reimbursement. If you have any questions about my fees, please contact us

Client Services - Client Portal Access

All clients have access to my online Client Portal 24/7. This allows my practice to offer a multitude of secure, convenient, and HIPPA compliant online services to my clients. You will have immediate online access to your client profile allowing you to manage the following tasks.

  • Instant online ability to provide a HIPAA compliant Client Intake form submission.

  • Instant online ability to schedule new appointments (up to 3 months in advance), with email and text confirmation available.

  • Instant online review and confirmation of previously scheduled appointments via email and text.

  • Instant online cancellation of previously scheduled appointments, with email and text confirmation.

  • Receive scheduled appointment reminders via email and text messages.

  • Ability to update your payment method details as outlined.

  • Insurance co-payments are automatically charged for each session, alleviating payment during your therapy session.

Appointment Policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge, if no less than two (2) business days notice (Monday-Friday / excluding Federal holidays) of the date and time of your scheduled appointment has been provided. We treat each client ethically and with fairness, therefore our Appointment Policy is without leniency and is firm without exception.

Payment

Payment will be charged to the payment method authorized and on file.
Accepted payment: Bank Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
