My Service Fees
My first priority is to help change your life for the better.
My service fees are comparable to other private practices in the area, but my level of service is above and beyond.
On average as an insurance pay client, you can expect to pay an insurance co-pay between $0-$35 dollars per session, based upon your insurance providers coverage requirements. However, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage benefits. Sessions take place at a date and time you schedule with me or my office, and last 50+ minutes, depending on your insurance providers outline.

Cigna - Appointment Hours (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

I also provide out of network service (we provide you with an insurance Superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement request). If you have any questions about using your insurance or out of network service, please email us.
As a private pay client you will pay for my services directly and receive an account statement when requested. If you have insurance coverage, you may submit your statement to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. There is no Supplemental Charge as outlined above for any Private Pay session. If you have any questions about my private pay service fees, please email us.
eTherapy sessions (Telehealth video) also take place at a date and time you have scheduled and last 45 minutes. For this option, you’ll need a connection to the Internet for your computer or mobile phone. Like all sessions I provide, these are completely secure, HIPPA compliant, confidential, and personalized to meet your needs and make the most of your time.
Breath and Release: $175
In this setting, you will be welcomed by me into my office, or via eTherapy (Telehealth video) after my normal appointment hours. I will spend the necessary time with you (up to 45 minutes) to focus on your immediate concerns.
Office visit: $250
In this setting, you will be welcomed by me into my office each time you visit. You’ll meet with me for 50 minutes in a private and comfortable office environment at the date and time you have scheduled.
Client Portal Access
A Client Portal Access fee of $30 is charged monthly for all active clients who have a scheduled appointment. This allows my practice to offer a multitude of secure, convenient, and HIPPA compliant online services to my clients that other practices simply do not offer. You will have immediate online access to your client profile allowing you to manage the following tasks when you are ready. Plus, you may always reach out to my Practice Administrator for any assistance beyond, within our Client Services business hours.
Instant online ability to provide a HIPPA compliant Client Intake form submission.
Instant online ability to schedule new appointments, with email and text confirmation.
Instant online review and confirmation of previously scheduled appointments via email and text.
Instant online cancellation of previously scheduled appointments, with email and text confirmation.
Receive scheduled appointment reminders via email and text messages.
Review and instantly receive current Invoices, Account Statements, and insurance Superbills.
Instant ability to update your payment method details as outlined.
Insurance co-payments are automatically charged for each session, alleviating payment during your therapy session.
Inclement weather, practice closure notification via email and/or text if the office is closed due to current weather conditions (without any cancellation charge).
Ability to convert your current scheduled office appointment to a Telehealth appointment (24 hours required).
Appointments may be cancelled without charge, if no less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled appointment date and time has been provided. Please note that we do not reschedule appointments, we simply cancel and schedule new appointments. We treat each client ethically and with fairness, therefore our Appointment Policy is without leniency and is firm.
Payment will be charged to the payment method authorized and on file one business day prior to service when applicable.
